Dr. Shelley Kedar is the Chief Impact Office at the Jewish Agency, spearheading. the development and implementation of The Jewish Agency’s strategic vision through comprehensive three-year planning grounded in research, professional evaluation, and institutional knowledge. In her previous roles Shelley was the Director of The Jewish Agency’s Connect unit, where she initiated and led innovative education and engagement programs across Israel and around the world; served as the founding director of The Adelson Shlichut Institute chaired by Natan Sharansky, developed and implemented the comprehensive vision, strategy, and business plan that established it as a leading institution for shlichut content and training. She served as the Director of the Jewish Agency Israel Fellows program and senior representative to Hillel. Aryeh Amsel has over a decade of experience in Data Analytics, Insights, and Visualization. At JPPI he is focused on building data architectures and dashboards that surface JPPI Fellows’ research and insights related to Judaism and Israel. Aryeh holds a bachelor’s degree from Yeshiva University and began his career in investment banking in NYC. Throughout his career, his data insights have been quoted by Bloomberg, WSJ, Financial Times, etc. and he has been a guest lecturer on Data at Columbia Business School.

Head of the Public Policy Division at Tachlith – The Institute for Israeli Policy. Previously served as Vice President for Strategy at strategic consulting firms in the field of government affairs, specializing in the management of public and political campaigns in Israel.

Adi Shirazi holds a B.A. in Behavioral Sciences and Human Resource Management, and an M.A. in Organizational Consulting and Development from The College of Management Academic Studies (COLMAN). She has over 12 years of experience in the insurance industry, specializing in customer service, account management, organizational processes, and project leadership.

Gilad Neumann is a distinguished leader working at the nexus of social innovation, strategic leadership, and public policy. In his role as Managing Partner of the Social Accelerator at the Jewish People Policy Institute (JPPI), he drives initiatives aimed at creating sustainable social change. A core part of this mission is his work as the Founder and Managing Director of The Peres Executive Initiative. This groundbreaking program, established in partnership with Harvard Kennedy School Executive Education and the Peres Academic Center, equips top-tier business leaders with the necessary tools to lead impactful social endeavors in Israel.

Jonathan holds a BA in film and television from Tel Aviv University. He worked as a magazine reporter for News 10 for several years, after which he specialized in directing and producing commercial and documentary videos in a variety of styles. His collaboration with JPPI includes video content creation and production of online courses.

Dr. Ofer Zalzberg is Director of the Middle East Program at the Herbert C. Kelman Institute for Conflict Transformation. Over the last 20 years, he has been a consultant for several international and Israeli organizations, including the S. Daniel Abraham Center for Middle East Peace, the International Crisis Group, Oxford Research Group, the Office of the President of Israel, and the Van Leer Jerusalem Institute. He publishes extensively in international and Middle Eastern mainstream media. He co-founded and chaired diverse societal initiatives including Kumu! – For Jewish Renewal of the Public Sphere and the Young Israeli Forum for Cooperation.
