Bio

Gilad Neumann is a distinguished leader working at the nexus of social innovation, strategic leadership, and public policy. In his role as Managing Partner of the Social Accelerator at the Jewish People Policy Institute (JPPI), he drives initiatives aimed at creating sustainable social change. A core part of this mission is his work as the Founder and Managing Director of The Peres Executive Initiative. This groundbreaking program, established in partnership with Harvard Kennedy School Executive Education and the Peres Academic Center, equips top-tier business leaders with the necessary tools to lead impactful social endeavors in Israel.

A renowned expert in negotiation and conflict resolution, Gilad serves as a Commercial Mediator and Lecturer for the Israel Center for Mediation and Arbitration (CRC). He actively teaches courses, workshops, and lectures in conflict management, sharing his expertise with leaders across the private and government sectors. Through his firm, Neumann Strategic Consulting, he provides strategic interventions and guidance to executives, helping them navigate complex challenges and drive growth.

Gilad also has a proven track record as a successful global entrepreneur. He is the Founder and former CEO of DOGTV, the first television network designed for dogs, which he built from a concept into a global media company accessible in over 100 million homes across more than 50 countries. His work is backed by a robust academic foundation.

Gilad holds a:

• Certificate in Management, Leadership and Decision Sciences from Harvard University.
