Thin Constitution

JPPI – The Jewish People Policy Institute – is preparing a detailed proposal for a “thin constitution” that focuses on the procedural and institutional aspects of the functioning of the State of Israel. To this end, two working groups have been established: the first, the research group, is composed of professionals whose role is to propose the arrangements. The second group, the advisory committee (the Thin Constitution Council), accompanies and advises the research group. Its composition reflects all segments of Israeli society. If we succeed in our endeavor, the State of Israel will benefit from a stable institutional and governmental framework.
