This week, JPPI launched a broad public campaign in support of a “Thin Constitution,” aiming to turn it into a standard accepted by all parties ahead of the upcoming elections. The need for a Thin Constitution is clearer than ever: had it been in force, the controversy surrounding Netanyahu’s trial and the pardon he is seeking would have been rendered unnecessary.
